Message: Went in to inquire about my business accounts and was helped immediately and immensely by Shakanah for both my non-profit and for-profit accounts. She gave great insight and walked me through her mindset every step of the way. On the teller side, I had the pleasure of being Destiny's very first client and she absolutely went above and beyond for my complicated transaction. Message: People are great and love the atmosphere. That said, they finally broke me with all the lawsuits and fees. Just paid off a vehicle and immediately got hit with a fee for not meeting a minimum balance after 6 years of having over $5k in there. Too many other options available. Enough is enough. I’m out.

Message: I have been a Wells Fargo customer for.. I don't know.. 15-20 years? A long time. I don't actually like Wells Fargo in general for a variety of reasons.. that's the only reason I'm deducting a star.. Wells Fargo has had the opportunity to serve me as a customer on many occasions and on a number of them they've failed.. so 1 star gone. But.. regarding this specific branch.. I really like them. I grew up in a tiny town where the bank tellers knew me by name from about age 10. When I walk into this branch I'm greeted by name about 90% of the time. I like dealing with people you know and who know you. I've always found the service at this branch to be friendly, prompt, and reasonable.. the only difficulties I've had (and they're few) have been from overarching Wells Fargo policies and in many cases the local staff has done what they could to accommodate. As I said.. in general, I don't like Wells Fargo.. but it's hard to argue with the convenience of being able to do business virtually everywhere.. but this branch certainly gives Wells Fargo a good name.
